Terms;

We are here for the duration and will do everything we can to make your online shopping experience with us both pleasurable and beneficial. We make no bones about the fact that we genuinely appreciate your custom and want you to keep coming back.

Our Terms are very simple, ALL purchases remain property of Camping and Fishing Supplies until paid for in full – including ALL relevant P&P charges.

That said, you, as our valued customer, are completely covered under the
U.K. Distance Selling Regulations and can purchase safely and confidently.

We are happy to provide a 14 day “Cooling Off” period should you simply change your mind on any of our purchases. Under these circumstances the item MUST be returned with as much ORIGINAL packaging as is possible and most definitely UNUSED. Please Note, you will be obliged to pay any return postage via 2^nd Class “Signed For” Postage.

For faulty goods, please contact us and we will arrange their return at our expense.

Under these circumstances we may have to contact our Suppliers before a refund/alternative product can be sent to you.  Please allow us sufficient time to do this.  We will keep you informed at every stage of the process, our reputation has been hard won and we wish to keep it therefore we have your interests at heart.

Please Note; Camping and Fishing Supplies accept NO responsibility for how you use our products.  All products are supplied on the understanding that they are used for the purpose they were manufactured for – and NO other.

WE will not entertain ANY claims for damages, however caused,  by use of purchased products.

This applies to Material & Property Damage, Personal Damages, Intellectual Damages etc etc.

Should anything untoward arise from the products correct usage, we will endeavour to assist you, if applicable, in claiming from the original manufacturer.

Our take on this is simple;
We are great believers in Common Sense – for example; Should you light a fire inside a bivouac and it burns down…guess who’s fault that is????  Yes, you are correct, yours!!!
