To order;

When you find an item you like, simply hit the PayPal button beneath the item.  This will bring up your 
"Shopping Basket", from here you will be able to continue shopping, or check out using a Credit Card, Bank Card, or your PayPal account.

Your address etc will appear at our end of the website and we will then e-mail you an acknowledgement of your Order with all the relevant dispatch details etc.

We fully endorse safe and responsible trading and ALL "Distance Selling Consumer Safeguards" apply for your protection.

Returns and Refunds

We are happy to issue a Full Refund for any purchase found to be faulty within 28 days of receipt, PROVIDING that the item has not been used and is in the original item packaging.  This will then be checked by our original suppliers and, if agreed by them that the item is faulty, we will then issue a full refund. Please allow sufficient time for this process to complete. We will keep you informed at every stage of this process.

For any FOODSTUFFS we will issue a full refund for any item deemed "Perished" upon arrival.

"Next to Skin" items such as "Cam Cream" etc CANNOT be exchanged once opened due to hygiene reasons.

Return Postage;

In the event of Faulty Items or Perished Foodstuffs we will pay for return postage by the cheapest means of "Signed For" return, be that by Courier or Royal Mail.

Please contact us for these arrangements.

Should you simply change your mind on a purchase, responsibility for return postage costs will be bourne by the Purchaser and MUST be made by "Signed For" means via either a Courier Service or Royal Mail, we do not mind which service you use.

We want you to be happy in your dealings with Camping and Fishing Supplies and therefore we adopt a "Fair for All" policy when dealing with any issues you may have. You may rest assured that we take every enquiry seriously and will deal with you as an individual in a manner as we would like to be treated.
